Gold Rush

• Pre-registration Period: November 14, 2025 at 09:00 UTC until November 17, 2025 at 00:00 UTC

• Event Period: November 17, 2025 at 00:00 UTC until November 21, 2025 at 23:59 UTC

• Complete the identity verification process.

• Complete missions to obtain "Gems”.

• “Gems” accumulated can be redeemed in the “Gold Rush Gacha” for rewards.

New User Mission:

• Users are required to click on “Register” before making their first deposit.

  • Users will need to maintain the deposit amount for at least 48 hours to complete this mission.

• New users are defined as having no deposit history before November 14, 2025 at 09:00 UTC

Red Gem Campaign Missions:

• Each Campaign mission can only be completed once per user.

Red Gem Recurring Missions:

• Recurring missions are repeatable and can be applied concurrently alongside Campaign missions.

Blue Gem Campaign Missions:

• Each Campaign mission can only be completed once per user.

Blue Gem Recurring Missions:

• Recurring missions are repeatable and can be applied concurrently alongside Campaign missions.

Gem conversion

• Gems are convertible at the given rates:

  • 50 Red Gems = 1 Blue Gem

• Note that converting gems is an irreversible process.

• By redeeming Gems in the respective Gachas, participants will have an opportunity to obtain any of the listed prizes in the respective categories.

• Gold rewards will be given in the form of XAUt.

  • XAUt will be distributed based on the following rates:

    • 5g Gold reward: 0.16 XAUt

    • 10g Gold reward: 0.32 XAUt

    • 20g Gold reward: 0.64 XAUt

Important Information:

• By participating in the Gold Rush campaign, participants acknowledge and agree to all stated terms and conditions, including our Terms of Use, in particular Clauses 43 and 44 of the Terms of Use.

• Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the Gold Rush campaign without prior notice; such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.

• Participants eligible for the event rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts.

• The Gold Rush campaign rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.

Eligibility:

Flipster reserved the right to: 

• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts;

• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs;

• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;

• Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;

• Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

• The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate, dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;

• The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you.

• More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;

• Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to:

  1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent

  2. Wash trading

  3. Volume faking

  4. Market manipulation

  5. Self-dealing

  6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program

• Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;

Liability:

• Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information, software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).

• In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.

• Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above-mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.

• Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
