Ignight USDT Prime carries market volatility risk, where sudden price moves can still cause liquidations or short-term liquidity stress; smart contract risk, as even proven protocols may face hacks or cyberattacks; and liquidity risk, where large capital flows can impact rates, cause slippage, or delay withdrawals in extreme market conditions.

Rewards are generated by Ignight Capital’s on-chain stablecoin strategies, and any extra rewards provided by the underlying protocols are periodically accrued to your subscribed balance. All accumulated rewards are claimed and reflected in your balance when you make redemption.

Subscriptions are generally processed within 24 hours, provided there is no unexpected large volume of redemption requests. Redemptions can be made instantly or via standard processing. Redemptions via standard processing will take up to 48 hours to complete, taking into account available liquidity buffers and allocations designated for immediate withdrawal. During periods of elevated redemption activity that exceed these buffers and allocations, processing times may extend beyond 48 hours. Such extensions are necessary to facilitate an orderly unwinding of positions and to ensure that user funds are not adversely impacted by market slippage. A redemption fee of -% (standard) or -% (instant) is charged by Flipster on the redeemed amount. Separately, the strategy provider, Ignight Capital, charges a -% performance fee.
