How to Participate:

• Participants need to complete the identity verification process.

• Eligible participants will be automatically enrolled into the Lucky Draw Pool (max 1 entry per user).

• For trade volume missions, do note that only the portion of trading fees paid with user capital (not Flipster bonus) will count towards trading volume calculations.

Lucky Draw:

• Participants are required to contribute a trading volume of at least 50,000 USDT during the event period.

• Prizes in the Lucky Draw Pool will be based on participation milestones that are achieved during the event period.

• Each eligible participant will be given only 1 entry in the lucky draw pool.

Christmas Collectibles:

• Participants will be required to complete missions to receive the corresponding Christmas Collectibles for a chance to win any of the listed prizes within the respective boxes.

Hall of Legends:

• Participants will compete for the top 3 positions in 2 leaderboard categories:

  • Trading Volume

  • P&L (By absolute value)

Daily Check-in Reward pool:

• Participants will be required to complete a check-in daily to obtain a Check-in entry for the reward pool.

There are 3 types of Christmas Collectibles.

• Snow Globes are convertible at the given rates:

  • 10 Snow Globes = 1 Christmas Wreath

• Note that converting Christmas Collectibles is an irreversible process.

• Each Campaign mission can only be completed once per user apart from missions stated as a repeatable mission.

• For a participant to be considered eligible, they are required to:

  • Click on “Check-in” on the event page daily.

  • Contribute a trade volume of at least 50,000 USDT during the event period.

• The reward pool will be distributed based on the following calculation:

  • (Individual Participant total check-in entries/ Total participants Check-in Entries) x 2,000 USDT.

Prizes in the Lucky Draw Pool will be based on participation milestones that are achieved during the event period based on the following:

• Flipster Christmas Gift may contain physical merchandise, token rewards or Flipster Bonus.

Reward Distribution

• Lucky Draw: 

  • Token rewards: By December 31, 2025 at 23:59 UTC

  • Physical prizes: Within 4–6 weeks after the event ends

• Christmas Collectibles: 

  • Token rewards: Immediate

    • Mission completion status updates every 5 minutes.

  • Physical Prizes: Within 4–6 weeks from the end of the event.

• Hall of Legends: By December 31, 2025 at 23:59 UTC

• Daily Check-in reward pool: By December 31, 2025 at 23:59 UTC

• Additional note: For all physical prizes, delivery is subject to regional availability and stock.

Important Information:

• By participating in the Merry Flipmas campaign, participants acknowledge and agree to all stated terms and conditions, including our Terms of Use, in particular Clauses 43 and 44 of the Terms of Use.

• Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the Merry Flipmas campaign without prior notice; such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.

Flipster reserved the right to: 

• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts;

• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs;

• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;

• Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;

• Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

• The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate, dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;

• The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you.

• More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;

• Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to:

  1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent

  2. Wash trading

  3. Volume faking

  4. Market manipulation

  5. Self-dealing

  6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program

• Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;

Liability:

• Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information, software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).

• In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.

• Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above-mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.

• Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
